The Swedish and Norwegian Testicular Cancer Group (SWENOTECA) is a binational group of phycisians focused on ensuring patients with testicular cancer optimal diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

 

SWENOTECA was initiated in 1981 and provides multidisciplinary, comprehensive management programs for staging, treatment and follow-up of testicular germ-cell cancer.

 

The SWENOTECA offer treating physicians a network of colleagues and quality assurance at a population-based level. 

 

Currently all Swedish and Norwegian hospitals treating testicular cancer participate in the SWENOTECA group.

Since 2023 we also have formal collaboration with Iceland and Cologne.
